What voltage would I expect to be able to use without breaking stuff?

Hey All.

Running Innokin itaste MVP with Protank 2. (All genuine) Showing a resistance on 2.3 on the MVP.

My question is "How much voltage can I safely use without burning the coils/wicks?

I would love to turn it up, but currently sitting on 3.3V, because I'm scared of wrecking anything.

(Also anyone else find when typing posts on this forum, random letters you type are missing off the screen?)

Dan!

Sorry, due to difficulty typing on this website: should read 2.3 Ohms!

crank it up in 0.5 increments on the watts setting from 6.0 up until you hit the sweet spot, I generally find thin juices is around 8.5 and thicker VG based juices need a bit more like 10 - 11.0 watts

You wont break anything but if you turn it up too high you may start getting dry/burnt hits.
A lot depends on the juice you are using and the state of the coil/wicks.
The MVP has a max output of 11 watts which equals about 5v with your attie resistance and the Protank should handle that np but I do put me own coils in them.

crank it up the worst you can do is get a burnt hit.

You won't break anything, I can use a 1.9 ohm coil @15w which is as High as the mod will go, some things might get a burnt taste if you go too high but that's all that will happen...
