What chocolate are you using?

The chocolate/orange and dougnut are the ones I'm not happy with.

I've got an FA chocolate, inawera milk choc, capella double choc and a capella choc brownie. The last is probably my fav but I'm using a blend. I did mean to pick up the double dark chocolate but the stores I used didn't have that one in.

Doh-nut V1 wasn't bad considering it smelled like feet when I first made it! It was surprisingly doughnutty but there's a note in there I'm not sure on.

The choc orange is ok but it's just a bit synthetic/artifical rather than rich and full.
