It's a rebuilable atomizer which uses an mesh wick with wire wrapped around it. For examples check out the aga-t or cobra. They are considered to be "advanced" as they can be fiddly buggers to get right
A type of user rebuildable atomiser or atomiser/tank combination based on the original Genesis atomiser. There are many variations of this device available on the market.
Yes Sidders. The Genesis is the original rebuildable atomiser and all the others are in fact a genesis type but all RBA's are more often than not known as Gennies.
A Genny is a slang name for a Genesis RBA. A Genesis uses a rolled piece of oxidised stainless steel mesh as the wick rather than silica.
Other wicks have been used including ceramic & stainless steel rope. A well setup genesis will provide better throat hit, vapour production and flavour than a silica atomiser because of the way it works, however setting them up really well is a steep learning curve.
Thanks Dan'l but that's not the problem. I have an excellent illuminated keyboard. The problem lies between the brain, the fingers (or finger in my case) and the correct key.
