What's dripping all about?

Is the Yoda not too good then?
I was thinking about getting one for my first venture into dripping.

Nooooooooo, that's not what I meant at all, and I don't want to give that impression. There was a competition on here by Stealthvape to name it and ERAtic was my entry is all. I haven't tried it myself, but from what I hear it is a good vape.

I hope so i've ordered one! The review was all good. Never tried a dripper, but it would save me caning my protank constantly.

What's dripping all about?

Dripping is an esoteric art form. The people in the know deliberately fed disinformation to the wider ignorant vaping community by bandying words around like "faffy", "messy", "pain in the derrière (y)" Unfortunately, due to technology progress, with the advent of the digital watch, the calculator, the computer and then youtube and forums, the cat was finally let out of the bag.

People began to realise that you could pack as much juice into a dripper as you could with a carto and for the price of a pack of cartos you could rewick and coil your rda for years. The estimable dripping society by retaliation rapidly designed carto tanks and clearomisers and tried to palm off the idea that buggering around with leaky and cracking tanks was progress. They even devised a slogan that went: "dry hits are funny as hell", and "flavour is for fags". However, it seems like people are starting to wake up; let's face it, vaping on something that looks like a lollipop makes you look a little bit silly...

I have to admit I now see the attraction, and must applaud you all for your encouragement. I bought an Igo L and it's pretty much all I use for that home vape experience now.

However, a new can of worms has now opened, ie the other half has also seen the light so she steals it at any opportunity. So my dilemma now is do we simply purchase another Igo L, or do we try a different device?

I like the fact the Igo is fairly cheap, is easily rebuildable, that it holds a fair amount of juice, and that it seems pretty good quality. I tend to remove the complete body to drip my juice tho, rather than just the drip tip. Am I normal? It seems I get a better juice distribution ratio. Maybe the o-rings will wear out as they're pretty skinny, and maybe I'd prefer to be wearing out the drip tip o-ring instead?

What's the deal with the other style of drippers then? It seems they're not rebuildable, and that they seem to work by dripping some juice onto a "bridge" of foam, which transfers the juice to the coil somehow. Or that you drip directly onto a coil (similar to the Igo then?). Any recommendations? Bearing in mind I'm now confident enough at rebuilding.

Cheers again :)

This is my kind of dripper ( Yoda ) missed these some how so just bought one :)

Then I would as this is my number plate :)

If it was me, I'd get another igo L. I've got an igo L myself and an igo S and the Yoda. The igo L is my favourite. I like the igo S when I'm out and about on an ego battery. It makes a nice little stealth vape. I'm not saying that the yoda is a bad choice, it's just my opinion, I prefer the igos. My yoda does however get some occasional use.

Just my two pennies worth :)

I started dripping couple of hours ago, it really is good. I have filled it with about 15 drops of liquid. Only thing is that you can not lay it on its side. Rebuildable under £7.00, small and stylishPhoenix Dripping rebuildable.jpg

Can i join this dripping club then as i just ordered an igo-L after reading this thread......
