Hello, what do these actually do thats different than an ego-c battery?. Do they make the flavour taste better, or what exactly?.

Thanks

With the vamo and provaris you can adjust the voltage to get the taste just right, especially if you use low resistance atomizers. As with the ego-c you can't adjust the voltage. With the vamo you can also switch it into wattage mode so when you find your sweet spot you can change atomizers with a different resistance and the vamo will adjust the voltage to suit your new atomizer and should in theory vape The same. Works on ohms law. Hope that's explained it :)

In a basic way a provari and an ego will do the same thing as they fire the atomizer,
what a variable voltage/wattage mod gives you is the ability to change the power going into the atomizer changing the taste and vapour production alowing you to find your sweet spot and also giving you a battery meter and ohms reader.
some if not most people like the aesthetics a mod gives you and given the right set up and battery they tend to last longer than an ego

I still use Egos for work with low resistance attys and they are ok, but my variable voltage MVP is what made the difference and helped me give up smoking. It helps get the best out of standard atomizers; improving flavour and throat hit.

The other plus point is that the batteries are removable .. so you can carry spares .. :)

Like Mark says tho .. I still use ego's .. everyone should have some egos or spinners in their kit IMO

My main device for work is an ego-rs battery body that takes 14500 size batteries inside, with a Kanger Protank on top. They are 900 mah batteries and tend to last a full 8 hour shift and I can vape when I want at work with few restrictions.
When I get home I swap to my Vamo (v2 ss) with a higher resistance rebuildable atomizer for extra power vaping, more vapour and flavour with good throat hit.
I use the vamo to check coil resistances also, as it displays the resistance on the screen, and also as previously mentioned above, as a battery meter to check battery power levels.
So really it's a combination of functionality, extra vaping time, and appearance, it's up to you :)

Thanks for all your polite replies, much appreciated. Ill give one a go & go from there. Chrome looks cheap but black chrome wont match colour of my tanks evod, protank.

Cheers

I bought a vamo but keep going back to my evod. Reading this though, my attys are reading 2.8 - 3.3.....
