When did Molicel stop approving their batteries for vaping?

Hi everyone, as you know I was away for around 4 years due to my health, and remember that Molicel was the only manufacturer that was OK with their cells being used for mods/vape devices.

However, I am looking to buy some new ones and see that the exact same cells now have "Not for Ecig/vaping".

Does anyone know why the only brand that supported their cells for vaping use did a U turn, and when did this happen?

I realise they are still exactly the same cells so can ignore the warning on the cells, just am a bit puzzled why they have gone from supporting it to going like the other big manufacturers and saying it is a no no.

I guess it is to cover their backs in case something goes wrong, but would like to know if anyone knows why and when exactly this happened?

Thanks everyone, Conan.

Don’t know why, but noticed a year or so ago that they had added the notice…
I see, so around a year or so ago. I can't find any information online why they did this so thought I would ask here.

It seems strange that the only brand that supported use for vaping did a complete U turn. As I have said it is likely to cover their backs, but still am unsure why it was done.

same shit different day. oh look, everyone else has disclaimed not for vaping so to cover our asses lets do the same.
health and safety gone mad once again following the woke culture to hell.
buy coils now it it says this contains nicotine. no it doesnt you morons its a bit of metal and cotton.

At the end of the day... who f*ck'n cares, I still use samsung and sony with impunity.
Thats true, I just wondered when they changed their stance is all. I need some new batteries and for my use the 30Q is still a great battery, and a lot cheaper than the Molicels I am currently using so will likely get a load of them for my mod collection.

I imagine you are correct.
Even some of my RTA's on the box it says this product contains nicotine, which it does not and for all they know I could be vaping 0% liquid.
