Brief update. Turns V1 bellus is nothing like the v2 whatsoever. Loads taller and thinner. Suppose it was worth finding that out? 
however, I found something that fits! So, if anyone from the future would like to know what replacement glass to buy for a UD Bellus V2, the GeekVape Aero Mesh is a perfect match.
