Hi all,

I am really confused and would like some advise please. I am looking for a replacement for my SVD and cannot decide as there is so much choice (I already have an Itaste MVP V2.0). The ones I have been looking at are - Smoktech SID, Sigelei Zmax V3 & V5, Itaste VTR, Anyvape the Anymod & the Smoktech Ace for now. I am not considering a Vamo V5 due to many problems mentioned on the net and it doesn't have a keylock function like the SVD. I am hesitant to get another SVD due to the fire button problem and would just like to get something that has the features the SVD has, but reliable and around £50 or less.

Now more confusion. The MVP's range is 3 - 5V, 6 - 11 watts and would like to get a device that has more range for when I need it, as featured on the devices I have mentioned. When & why would I need the extra wattage & voltage? My MVP usually runs between 6.5 to 8 watts depending on my juice. I use Iclear 30 clearo's on it and a small DDA/RDA (a small octopus I think?) which I run at 10 - 11 watts. It's a pretty good little device and I have been very happy with it.

I know my post may appear very daft, but it is what I am thinking about. There is so much to take in when it comes to devices and it's hard to separate fanboy opinions to honest fact when reading reviews and posts. I am hoping that one of you fine people could offer suggestions and advice please?

Thanks everyone!

I have a SID in 18350 config and find it reliable + they are pretty cheap at the moment as I believe Smok have discontinued them. I've just purchased an 18650 tube to go with it as the 18350 with a Taifun don't last very long.

The mod itself is well built, stable and looks OK (well to me) I've had it for about a year now and its still going strong.

Go for the SID its very reliable and its cheap! I use one as my main PV

Thanks for your comments. Now I'm struggling to find a SID for under £45 (one that's not pink, purple or green). My luck.

to be honest they all have there problems, my zmax v3 has button 'slip' but it still works. Its solid other than that.
I think the sid is a zmax inside with shit tubes.
the lack of quality of 'cheaper end' vw mods lead me to mechs.
Better built options would be 3 times the price, dicodes semovar provari. I'd source a zmax v3 they do pop up sub 40 notes, or a cheap vamo such as VAMO V2 VV VW BODY
Have a look a mechs as an aside.

I've looked on there thanks Mostly. May just have to go for the green one.

My SVD fire button has to be pressed quite hard to get it to work. I've read about the V3 button fault, but apparently it's sorted on the V5 with the metal fire button.
