Which vaccine did you get and did you get any side-effects

Got AZ part 2 a few weeks ago. Not as bad as the 1st one just feeling rubbish, like normal flu, for a couple of days. After the 1st jab I was in pain all over body for hours in the middle of the night, so painful it woke me up from a deep sleep. Felt very very shit for about 3 days then 2 days of being knackered.

pfizer. no side effects at all with the first one, second one i thought i was fine then kept waking up with a sore arm during the night and the next day had a few periods of feverish dizziness, aching muscles and being unable to stand up. it passed quickly. but was very strange. like feelings you get when you are ill but without feeling ill at all.

AZ, side effects with first one, sweating then shivering and back and forth. Had 2nd dose on Wednesday and now feel constantly exhausted, my arm feels dead with the occasional tingle and my pre-existing pain in my knee is much worse.

funny you should say that, my regularly sore knee has been quite bad all week. i hadn’t joined the dots but maybe it’s connected?

A friend who is a physiotherapist says it's quite common that it makes joint pain feel worse so that's probably what it is.

I also got AZ but after the 2nd one my arm ached for a week.

12 hours after 1st dose I felt crap. Woke up aching everywhere. The worst of it only lasted around 6 hours. I had to move my daughter back into Uni and I managed that! Needed painkillers to get through though. Pretty much back to normal the next day.

2nd dose was not so bad. Just felt tired for a couple of days.
