What's new

white (hot) van man

Feel sorry for the guy BUT... don't the daily fail write a load of old shit!!!

It`s a Transit, as far as i can see it looks much more at home now..FORD found on roadside dead err Found On Roadside Detonated.

Personally I question the sanity of anyone who leaves a charger activated unattended in a vehicle, but maybe that`s just me .

They should stop blaming the E-Cigs for it and start blaming the stupid fucking idiots that leave them on charge while they go to sleep or just "nip" and "pop" here there and fucking everywhere, 1 day they will learn!

But that van = Best Ford EVER!! (Cause it's burnt to a crisp)

It's strange, don't you think, that every vape related accident or incident makes the news!?? However, how would the general public react if a van had set on fire if the driver/owner had left a cigarette burning and the same thing had happened? You have to ask yourself, (a) would the insurance cover the incompetence of the driver/owner and (b) exactly how do they react to electronic cigarettes? Then again you have to understand this (GM) recalled about 800,000 of its small cars due to faulty ignition switches, which could shut off the engine during driving and thereby prevent the airbags from inflating in 2014.....tut, tut, tut! Who's looking after WHO?

Yeah that's a good point but then again, how do they know it's that and not something wrong with the van? After all, there just going to the easiest thing to fucking blame and it's the E-Cig, well hope the insurance DON'T pay out for this mug as it's his own fault!

Not to add insult to injury, nor be judgmental, but doesn't every positive reaction cause a negative one and vice versa? How many deaths have occurred from smoking traditional cigarettes versus electronic cigarettes in the past say, 2 years? Common sense should prevail here, without the need to go into other smoke related syndromes?

I truly hope that this gent is not a mug, perhaps he was just naive as we all were when we first began vaping, and dipped his toes in the water and wanted to know whether this thing called "vaping" could truly help him, either by helping him quit or simply having his nicotine hit. He may well have chosen a very cheap, off the shelf or market kit just to see how he would progress.

As I said earlier, who are we to judge? - I know when I first began vaping, I couldn't be more skeptical, we MUST give people the benefit of the doubt, otherwise, how do we educate and syndicate people into feeling what we feel? You can't do it by harassment, you can't do it by coaxing, you can't do it by force, but you can do it by empathy, by knowing what a smoker goes through, whether that be health, wealth or stealth, so can we please stop thinking we know it all by vaping, we absolutely don't. We only know what we know because we've done it. If it were that easy to persuade people that what you are doing is correct, do you really think that we would be at war, yet again?

I'm sorry, I didn't reply to your earlier post. We don't know whether his van was filled full of chemicals, we don't know whether he set it on fire himself, we don't know whether big tobacco paid him for the privilege of, we don't know either whether he wet his pants that day, was hungover from the night before, we don't know whether he was just having a shitty day in general, either way, it doesn't make this "VAPER" a bad person. What if something happened to us because we did the same thing, maybe a car, a van, the house, the garage etc., would you want your supposed allies to stand up for you? Of course you would. I don't think this guy was just charging a e-cig to see if a van may blow up, I think he may have been charging it so he could use it. This is propaganda all over, set us amongst each other. Let's put a stop to it and be vapers, and bloody proud of it.

I once left my frying pan on full heat (no oil, no fat), but hey ho, it was left on, it was to sear some beef ready for the oven - the smoke alarm went off, the house stunk for days and my neighbour gave me a real bollicking! Did I learn my lesson, too right I did, now I eat at other peoples' houses lol MK xx

A fail for the Daily Mail. I can clearly see from the accompanying pictures that the headline should read...

Ford Transit Engulfed In Mushroom Cloud After E-cigarette Causes Nuclear Explosion.
