I've never tried Unitool, but if it is a simple to use download that makes updating mod software a one click operation then it has to be a good thing.
I have used Evolv's software. You can select 'auto update' and your mod will update to the latest version whenever you connect to e-Scribe. You can also modify the functionality and change things like Wattage increments, set up profiles for different TC wires etc, and with the more recent 75C, 100C and 250C boards change the screen designs if that's your thing.
I seriously doubt Unitool will be comparable with Evolv software, but a DNA board alone costs more than a complete mainstream Chinese mod so you are paying for the sophisticated software when you buy..
Being something of a cynic all I'm seeing is a sales pitch for a single 18650 kit which is just the same as all the rest, but if Unitool makes updating software a one click exercise it's a step in the right direction.
