Who's toffee concentrate

Hi all I read a review saying that uk flavours toffee was mediocre and was given 6/10 but was also say that it was about the same as most brands on the market. So I wanted to know if anyone can recommend me a good sweet toffee concentrate

best cig liquid ,,nicest toffee flavour i ever tried dunno if they do concentrates tho sorry ...it was toffee cream yum yum
