It's a great thing to do, well done to yourself and Dovpo.
The only thing I can suggest is to maybe send an information sheet to Dovpo vendors so they can include it in the package when they sell something online or hand over instore. Not everyone uses social media and a lot of people only use it to communicate with friends and stuff like that. The downside of mass communication like we have is that there's a lot of noise and sometimes things aren't seen by the people that would benefit.
This is the first time I've seen this information now, just a thought.
I'm told the information has been sent to the main distributors and importers of Dovpo, but its a tough call to send the information out to all vendors cos i bet there is a lot and it would be difficult to find them, hence the social media push, i think unfortunately that a lot of emails form Dovpo and other Chinese brands go straight to junk/spam box which is unfortunate symptom of mass emails, valid ones get missed.
Id been talking to the guys the other week in my appraisal about how things were going etc and they think it will take at least 24 months for Dovpo uk service to become known, but they don't want to push my service on social media too much they want me to get a word of mouth reputation rather than a forced one.
