Hi everyone

I have had the device for 2 days, i have been using it with 1.2 ohm pro 2 pods, my first issue with the device was every so many drags “randomly and intermittently” it would not fire when i pressed the button, no problem I thought I can cope with a small glitch like this long as it dosent leak or start doing anything else spooky.

Unfortuanately the problems didnt stop with intermittent firing amd progressed to major leaks from the base of the pod.

Ok i thought all pods leak every so often maybe a clean and it will be ok.

I started to clean it with a cotton bud and noticed the liquid on the cotton bud was blue, now I was petrified as the juice I use in this device is clear (riot labs pink lemonade) It quickly dawned on me after reading a post on youtube after I had ordered the device that this blue substance was leaking from the printed circuit board or the battery (at very least some kind of electrical component).

I became frightened that matbe this sunstance had worked its way up the airflow but having asked multiple people and chat gpt for reassurance it is unlikely it has made it up the airflow amd contaminated my ejuice but non the less still not impossible right ?

Based on this I cant reccomend enough to people to avoid this device at all costs, its left me feeling scared and angry that a device could be advertised as one thing and be so dissapointing and potentially dangerous.

PLEASE AVOID THIS DEVICE !

With mass produced products like vape pods you’re always going to seee manufacturing defects in a small percentage of devices.

Doesn’t mean they are all like that.

Contact ec1 and get it replaced as a faulty device.

I have one of them, as do others here, no one else ran into this…

as you can see from my post , I had read that someome else had came into this problem, whatever substance is at the bottom of the pod bay shouldnt be there, your welcome to vape it thougj if your so confident, I stamd by my statement/review/advice on the product, I would also like to state how many pther people have had bad experiemces wiith this device which I have read profusely online, its not about the pod which is dead on arrival according to terms amd conditions my issue is with the device amd the substance found.

just to be double clear when i say pod bay i am specifocally reffering to the device itself where the pod inserts into, though the pod has been good why it worked it only lasted 48hours without about two full pods worht of juice, something beong mass produced does not make this exceptable.

I understood what you meant, not sure why you felt you had to reiterate.

I’ve had mine for a couple of weeks, no issues at all (it came from ec1).

Again, talk to ec1 and get it replaced.

i wanted to reiterate it because of the blue substance, I didnt want you to detract from the dangers of a random substance at the bottom by telling me your mates and you have had no problem, the intentions of the reiteration was to makesure your message did not subvert from the real issue, I have already contacted ecigone this evening and this was my review of the dangerous product and poor quality control, arguing back and fourth will not make le change my mind on my review, your welcome to leave your own review of the product and say what you but on my review these are the conclusions I Richard Price have drawn.

I have also messaged vic who control sxmini uk and sxmini themselves.

Only pod system I have had this problem with

its not about the money its about health and safety.

Well this is the first I've heard of this issue had zero issues with my 2 yet, will keep an eye out and see if the liquid changes blue

I used a cotton bud to swipe the bottom of the pod bay where the prongs are and seal, I was just trying to dry it out from the leaking pod and thats when I noticed it on the end of the cotton bud.
I waited for my old man to come home then i showed him the same thing.

thankyou mutley I appreciate you being open to my concern I felt the other response from the other person was basically telling me (to go swivel) and that I was making it up, I felt like I was talking to one of the lads that work at a vape shop rather than a normal end user/ consumer, if i can figure it out I am willing to do a video of the substance and my issues for others to see, I fear I am going to attract vaping staff and people who have a vested interest in ppretendomg the product is flawless.
