So yet again someone has ordered or attempted to order Eleaf products from Gearbest.
@shadowvaper . You will get a refund for your purchase no doubt. the reason why is @gearbest.com are contracted with Eleaf not to sell Eleaf products to UK and South Korean buyers. This is all down to Totally Wicked, they want the UK monopoly on Eleaf products and no disrespect to them but they won't compete with Gearbest prices due to a large profit being made, this is Totally wickeds choice and no one elses after all they can run their business how they wish. But on the other hand its up to buyers how much they are willing to pay, which is why some of us buy from China.

so I am going to tag others who where involved in the thread started by shadowvaper to help make them aware of the policy save them ordering or attempting to order Eleaf from Gearbest. Why am i doing this well, Gearbest could get a huge fine for selling Eleaf to Uk customers, which could have a knock on effect to a, the forum and B its customers.
Gearbest and other vendors all pay to use this forum other members do not and this is because of the vendors paying their wack to help run the forum. But if Gearbest got a fine they would no doubt increase prices to claw back the fine which would mean buyers paying more. Sorry if i sound out of order but this post is to try to prevent any problems for us all. Shouting out that you made such a purchase gets onto the general net and anyone can see it so please with sugar on top don't fucking do it.

Hello @crustyfolker and all friends.
Thnak you so much @crustyfolker open this thread to mention Eleaf products again.Thank you for you kind help in our forum.

Eleaf has its own distributor in the British and Korea. So,you will see our Gearbest never post Eleaf product in this forum.
Because we have a strict agreement with Eleaf company,we can't promote and sale Eleaf product to British and Korea marketing.

As customers,if someone buy Eleaf product in our website, will also be refunded.
Hope that the British and Korea vapor friends can be aware of the seriousness of the problem and give us some understanding.

Don't Buy Eleaf Products In Gearbest if your address is in British and Korea.

Only we all follow this rule, can we do a better price and service for you all.

Thank you @crustyfolker again!

Sincerely,
Anny,Gearbest

So only goods branded as Eleaf? Other Joyetech brands - are you allowed to ship those?

The problem is, if Gearbest ship them, which in my experience they do, then people will continue to buy them. If they really don't want to supply the Uk market maybe they should actually not send the shipment out...rather than saying they won't, and then shipping it anyway.

Ahh this old chestnut again. Same happened over a year ago with MyEpack who were threatened with legal action if they continued to sell isticks and eleaf products.
Good bump @crustyfolker

I've had a Cuboid & an RX2/3 from Gearbest with no issues. Think it's to do with branding as Totally Wicked have the Eleafs & Joyetech rebadged but may be the exclusivity is only on Eleaf products, not Joyetech or Wismec. Gearbest put a warning they can't ship to the UK or Korea but do show a UK mail delivery option.
Easier to use the tech that is fast site or the other chinese vendors on here as they have no restictions

must admit I've had issues sourcing Wismec before too, not from Gearbest but other Chinese suppliers who also mentioned UK and South Korea being countries they cant ship those items too... but if some of you have got them then who knows... about as much clarity as the TPD haha

Just about every ecig shop sell Eleaf products. Plenty of places for businesses to buy wholesale but prices wont be much cheaper than TW to the end user. I would guess that most, if not all, hardware vendors on here flog Eleaf.

Ok guys and girls. Gearbest can sell Joytech they have permission to do so same with wismec. Eleaf stuff they don't. Joytech stuff was like eleaf but maybe Gearbest got some deal in place with Joytech, Yes before anyone says i know that Joytech and Eleaf are sibling companies or whatever.

@Pittard9 The odd order does get through which in some sense is unfortunate, we have to remember Gearbest is a relatively big company and may have new staff who do not know the rule and so the odd order slips the net.

@nwhornet. i am not to familiar with the rules for other U.K vendors but i do remember there was cases raised by Totally Wicked against shops selling Eleaf in the past. Plus some shops do have a franchise with Totally wicked. which may answer your question. Carry on using Gearbest for your Joytech goodies, but if you wish to buy Eleaf go to the fast place or even Gearbest related deals machine and everbuying.

@gearbest.com may i suggest getting a pinned post in the everything ecigs section of the forum, this will allow more people to see that Eleaf is unavailable to U.K, you would maybe need to speak to @junglist or @OccultScientist about this. After all it would be a wise move imo.

I will try and keep helping on this issue where i can
