So only goods branded as Eleaf? Other Joyetech brands - are you allowed to ship those?
Only Eleaf Brand can't send to British address. Other brands can be shipped to our website logistics can reach the country,Including Joytech and Wismec and other brands.

According to the latest news, Korea can also buy Eleaf products now.(British address can't buy Eleaf product,we explain the reason before.)

PS: We are restricting the delivery of each Eleaf product and will try to do every UK address can not purchase Eleaf products in Gearbest. In this way, hope that we can provide open and impartial services to every one.

Thanks for your attention, any question, pls feel free to leave your comment or PM us.

Nice day !

I am glad Gearbest now have a plan to prevent people from UK buying Eleaf goods, It is a sad thing but needed doing. As i have said before don't blame Gearbest, it is Totally Wicked that have caused this. Moaning about it won't solve anything either. Remember there are also Eleaf restictions at other Vendors from overseas. The more people shout about those Eleaf deals the more Totally Wicked will fight to prevent us getting a good deal so they can charge you another £30 on top.

Question is why would a consumer actually give a fuck. If anyone would ship it I'd buy it. Couldn't give a hoot about TW.

Put yourself in the position of a vendor from China. You have signed an agreement with Eleaf that means if you break the agreement you get a fine and will no longer be able to buy products from Eleaf, therefore you can no longer accomodate customers in countries where Eleaf products are allowed to be sold. That could affect your profit margins even more than just losing UK customers for Eleaf goods. A fine or even a court case would mean more losses and who suffers then?. gearbest or whomever would no doubt pass the cost on to customers, which in fairness would be right especially when a customer had caused the problem by letting people know they purchased said product from said vendor.
How you can say the consumer shouldn't give a fuck is just an example of ignorance towards vendors and other forum members . It was totally Wicked who went to Eleaf complaining about GB and Heavens gifts selling Eleaf at the prices they do. Look how much Eleaf products cost on TW ok they change the branding on TW but charge a lot more than other vendors from China. Consumers won't pay the fines etc would you want to even if you had caused the problem for GB etc?. This forums posts don't just stay on the forum they are on the wide web so people saying " i got a Eleaf such and such for £16 from so n so" etc gets seen by TW and causes them to complain. You me and everyone else gets free use of this forum because of vendors like GB and others paying towards the cost of running the site.
If it was you that where under contract would you risk breaking it, would you risk consequences, if so then i doubt you would stay in business for long or eventually you would get fed up with flouting the rules and comply to your agreement, don't take this personally i just hope you can see the point.
You cannot have your cake and eat it as the saying goes.

However, if Gearbest still ship them out they clearly aren't overly bothered about it. I've had a few Eleaf bits from Gearbest over the last few months and they have all arrived.

I do get where you are coming from, but if Gearbest are concerned about fines rather than saying they won't ship to the UK...they should actually not ship to the UK. Seems to me like there staff are pretty poor if they don't follow through with company policy.

If you're Joe Shmoe aka me. Life is full of people and companies trying to put their willy in your bottom. If I can get something cheaper I'll buy it. I understand what you are saying implicitly however what kind of fucked up cake are we eating if it cost half as much to buy it 5000 miles away than it does from your local baker.

I agree with the fact of buying for as cheap as possible, thats what i am all about myself, the point of this thread is people who managed to get Eleaf and broadcasting can affect the forum, can effect customers and companies. I have been trying to prevent all this for a while and it now looks like Gearbest have put something in place to stop UK customers ordering Eleaf and getting away with it. You can always go to other vendors from China to buy Eleaf, Forum members should have kept quiet when they ordered and received and then there would have been no problems.
At least now the forum should not be to blame for such things and Gearbest will also be in the clear.
