You cannot order Eleaf goods from Gearbest

They have been saying they can't sell Eleaf products to the UK for many, many months yet that is what UK visitors to their site are presented with and you see fit to blame forum members for causing them potential problems.

Man why do you have to argue everything? all i am saying is when members go shouting they have made a puchase of said gear it can cause problems for everyone, so it is the member making a boast that would cause the problems. Yes i agree gearbest should have done more to prevent UK buyers from placing Eleaf orders from day dot. It could well be they wanted to keep everyone happy on the quiet but it didn't happen due to members letting the cat out the bag . It will hopefully cease now , Would you be happy if the forum got fooked by TW for helping promote the sale of said goods. we all know what happened last time TW took umbridge with a vape forum. If i where you and wanted an answer ask @junglist i have a feeling he would agree with me that there is the possibility of TW taking umbridge and that both forum members flouting the rules as well as GB not putting in place a lockout of UK customers for Eleaf stuff would be to blame, the thing is Gearbest have announced that UK customers can not order Eleaf ages ago which most of us know yet some still try it on then announce it and thats the problem

You seem a little confused by all this and not for the first time. It seems you are GB's lapdog just because they send you a few items free for review so it's no surprise you defend them so vehemently while attempting to put the blame on members here for simply going to a site to buy things that are and always have been advertised by that site as having free shipping to the UK and decent prices. People buy from GB in all innocence and as with everything else that members here buy, they might mention it on the forum. That does not mean they are bragging about it or deliberately goading TW. No, they are simply buying stuff and talking about it on a forum designed for that very thing.
There is no liability on forum members to uphold any legal contract between Eleaf and GB. That is GB's responsibility and they are the ones who have neglected that responsibility and are solely to blame.
They have continued to sell Eleaf products to the UK because they wanted to. Not because they wanted to do the forum a favour, but because they didn't want to uphold their agreement with Eleaf. It's not hard to not sell something to someone if you don't want to, you just don't sell it, so don't kid yourself and stop trying to shift the blame onto forum members.

So basically it's all our fault.
we don't say this is your and other friends faults. Our system has the loopholes before, resulting in some parcels issued, this is our fault.we are doing our best to solve it now.
also hope that we all can follow the rule, this is the best way to ensure that both of us can continue to develop.
say sorry to you and other friends.

So now you want to call me a lapdog for getting a few things for review, very mature of you. It sort of smacks of jealousy to me. Lets just remember i also buy a fair bit of gear from Gearbest as well please. besides do you not defend your favourite vendors?.
None the less i do see where you are coming from with some of i regarding who to blame, i just think that the forum members should at least take notice that it could affect the forum as well as Gearbest again the route to all this shite is TW and no one else so it is not just me who misunderstands if you like. This is the main reason i argue the case The Forums well being. a thread was removed last night from the forum because a member had ordered a pico and told everyone. which backs up that the Mods where all agreeing that members should not be making such posts Yes i mentioned bragging but it was more in frustration than anything, The amount of times its been said about ordering eleaf and saying about it is not on had gone to far
I am glad to announce that Gearbest are now sorting out this so it won't be happening and will cause no further problems in the near future . i have just been chatting with a more senior member of gearbests staff who has said it will take a short while till everything is blocked pico and ijust2 should be blocked as of now. the rest will follow soon which will save me and you having any more disagreements on the subject, hooray for that i say.

Surely this thread is just adding to the problem then @crustyfolker ? By repeating the fact that some people have received products ?

Yes, to your great credit, I have not seen you blame us.

this is our fault.
Correct. Thank you.

We are doing our best to solve it now.
A simple statement whenever listing any Eleaf product, such as "Sorry, we cannot send this product to the UK due to contractual agreements" would at least have made people aware of the situation and prevented most from trying to place an order.

hope that we can discuss vapor experience, make some friends and have fun here like before.Do not let some people fail to comply with the rules to break the overall balance.
Hope that you can see that we strive to provide services and friendly attitude here.
Love you all,my dear friends!
Anny

thank you for your understanding.

Thanks Anny @gearbest.com - love you too :)

I think it is fair to say that this is something that GB need to sort. I don't think that TW will be trashing us for people on here saying they bought X from GB as it is not us selling the item, it is more likely that they will bang on Eleaf's door and Eleaf will in turn bang on GB's door.

We don't want to be the cause of trouble for anyone on here so I agree with @crustyfolker's point of view in that if it isn't made as obvious on here that these mishaps occur now and then that it will mean less grief for GB and that is a good thing.

I don't think there is much more needs saying on this subject for now so locking the thread.
