Good evening all.
Over the last couple of months I have been buying several GOOD tanks between £15 & £30...Protank...Mini protank...Kanger Aerotank...Iclear 30s...Nautilas..
Not that impressed with any of them.they have all leaked.
The last one i have bought is Viva Nova 3.5ml glass..from Health e vape for £7.50..
This is superb great vape..and the crackle needs ear muffs..much better buy than all of the above.
So you dont allways get what you pay for.
Cheers Jim

I went from the Mini Nova to the ProTank Mini 2 because the Mini Nova was leaking and I haven't had a leak yet in over 4 months. Are you sure you were using the genuine products?

I agree with you Jim; I bought iclear 16, iclear 16B, mini protanks, T3s's, iclear 30, iclear 30B's..every single one of them leaked gurgled and very quickly tasted bad. I bought a batch od seven iclear 30's every one leaked so much i couldn't use it. Maybe i should go back to ebay pack of 10 ce4's for a tenner!!!!! :violin:

Bottom coiled clear's, all work on air pressure to keep the juice inside. When you draw on them it changes the air pressure inside. Which in turn allows more juice to wick out. So the harder you draw, the more it will gurgle and leak.
I have found that protanks and davides, are buggers for this as the juice level drops. The more air in the tank, the less stable the vacuum at the top is.

Ive never had a problem with either the novas, davides or protanks ? I dont see why so many people get issues with leaking ?
I run my davides until liquid has gone and never a gurgle.

i do exactly the same with my protank never had a leak. as for the novas nothing but trouble leaking onto battery and gargling.
i cannot praise my protank enough and the taste is far superior to the nova.

Same for me too, my Mini Nova was terrible. My ProTank 2 Mini has never, ever leaked though, well, I get a tiny bit of residue on the battery that I wipe off each day but I wouldn't call that leaking.

On the early Kanger tanks like the t3 and t3s they would leak if under a quarter full but the newer stuff ive never had a problem.
Im sure half the problem is people getting liquid down the center tube when filling and when they draw on it get the gurgling and leaking or people dont put the coil in properly or they lose a washer when cleaning.

The davides and protanks have 5 washers when fully assembled one at each end of the tank one at wach end of the center tube and one on the coil. Their is really no reason why they should leak into the center tube.

i do think protanks work much better when stripped and cleaned regularly also. a friend of mine kept complaining about his (which we bought at the same time from same vendor) and when asked have you cleaned it he said never . i stripped it and showed him how to clean and dry it and put it back together. he now does this once or twice a week as i asked and had no trouble since.
