Got through soldering up everything in my first squonker and went to put the rubber hose onto the fdv v5 then this happens

I was really looking forward to getting my squonker going too.
Dodgy that's all I'm saying if they can't take the pressure of putting on the hose[emoji34]

Might do,may just wait and buy the v4 from him when I get paid in a fortnight

Out of all the fdv stuff I've bought this is the only thing I've been disappointed with,just gonna wait a couple of weeks and finish it on pay day with the v4

I got the v5 when it came out.
Intact, I got three of them.
Mine did the same even though they were normal fdv pins... The glue holding the actual pin in isn't very robust. So I went back to my trusty v4 I was gonna upgrade from

I reckon it's a pretty big design flaw, from what I've read the posi pin is just baked into the ceramic so it's not going to take all that much to dislodge it

Yeah the v5s are shocking, @fasteddie600 had the same issue with them and ended up going to the MAVs...
