I notice the prevailing opinion here is that it can't be an allergy since it showed up after seven months of vaping, however this is not entirely true. Adult onset allergies can happen at any time in life and the causes are obscure, but one theory is that exposure to an allergen at a time when the immune system is vulnerable can cause them. If I thought I was allergic to any of the ingredients in ejuice I would ask my doctor for an allergy test and possibly a referral to an allergy clinic, which is available on the NHS. I certainly wouldn't go on his hunch though when it is possible to establish it beyond doubt.
