Been away for what feels like months but in reality it was only a few weeks.
No particular single reason why other than lifes crap but i ended up having difficulty behaving properly on here for a while.
So for those that expressed their concern im truly grateful and you know who you are.
And for those that caught the brunt of my recent behavour on here please accept my sincere apologies.
