10 Year Vape Club!

So christmas of 2024 will mark 10 years of proper vaping for me.

I had tried the cigalikes of old, but like most people threw it in the bin after 10 minutes. I was at my parents for xmas one year, and my brother rocked up vaping I think a CE4 of some type, and as a tech loving smoker looking to quit, i was fascinated by this thing!

I got straight online to bone up on all things vape tech, hoovering up info, probably via iGetcha69 (his last regular video was seven years ago btw..), and it wasn't long before i was sucking on a CE6 with 48mg tobacco of some description. The rest, as they say is history..

I've been vaping now 9 years, just one day woke up and decided to quit. So off down the vape shop with no knowledge of vaping and bought a innokin setup. Haven't looked back and my vaping knowledge is pretty good now.

ME! I started vaping just after Christmas 2014 found this place and the journey started. I have two sons who both smoked and stopped not long after me and they both still vape although neither of them are into the hobby side of things like me. I am very happy with my vape gear of which I have far too much stuff and still enjoy cleaning and re coiling my rta's although I haven't bought much new stuff for a good while. I know which juices I like so not tried many new ones. I check in on here pretty well most nights but as there is not much new that I haven't already got I don't post very often now either. Maybe things will pick up once the dreaded new regulations kick in there will be more questions to ask and get answeres to.

I must say as well my collection is outrageous and I believe it may cause a divorce . I'm always looking for old and new gear to add to my collection. Nothing beats sitting back and building a rta/RDA/rba/rdta. It's my happy place and my relaxation method

March 2013 was when I made the switch and I was one of the fortunate people who took to vaping straight away and never felt like going back. A couple of years after giving up the rollies I did try one of my brothers menthol taylor-mades and it was absolutely vile which confirmed to me there was no way I'd ever go back to smoking.

Im in, a mate appeared one day with a Ce4, he was a very heavy smoker, tried it and straight away off to the shop I went, never looked back

I think i'm around 11 years, but had a 6 month relapse in the middle of it.

Started vaping in 2015, so not far off now.

10 years for me in February. gave up overnight with sky cig a like but within a month was strugling so changed to their pen type with real 18mg and not had a cig since. dropped to 3mg after the first sub ohm tank was released stuck there ever since.
