14500 mod question

Hi guys

I started with a titan 510 then moved onto a ecab now I'm thinking of moving up to a 14500 mod.....I'm looking for something same width as an ego battery if possible....the reason why I went with 510 and ecab is the slimness....now I quite like the BB black beauty mod and the mako midi but seems quite thick compared to a 14500 aka AA battery....can you guys suggest any slim mods please.... Also prefer button to be on top rather than bottom.

Want something slick and smart hence want a nice mod quite like the gg slim and a few other 10440's but lookin for similar in 14500 but slim like....

you could always move up ( but not to 14500 ) and go for the innokin itast VV v.30.. a fantastic little VV/VW mod. very slim, comes in white black or silver, looks the business , is tiny and works a treat
