Ok, so I have the itaste vv currently set on its lowest voltage of 3.3. I have a vivi nova tank at 2.8ohm. I replaced the head on Friday just gone and today I have noticed a burnt taste in the vape and several times its failed to vape at all, then just starts again. I had a wee look at the coil and wick and both looked ok just an ever so slight browing on the wick. Im vaping pixies juice atm.

Im just wondering could the head go that quick? I guess it depends how much Im using it, but I would not class myself as a heavy user tbh.

Could need a dry burn and rinse - particularly if your vaping something like her delicious mint choc chip.

make sure the coil isnt touching any metal bits causing a short and that there is no rubber touching the coil.

Poke the wick a wee bit with a pin or tooth pick to get juice wicking better....?

A burnt taste usually means its not wicking I.e the juice isn't getting to the heating coil. Try Docs cleaning tip. Fill and try again.

I rinsed earlier today, cleaned the entire tank, removed the wick and rinsed it then dried on tissue. Lasted about 10 vapes then the taste is back.

Vaping the ginger biccies on another tank and its fine. Just seems odd, first time I have had any issue at all.

also try rolling the juice around the inside of the tank to help it wick also what juice are you using it in, it doesnt say?

So far with all my vivi heads, I have had to cut one wick super short and wiggle it out the other side. I find that some of the coils are simply too tight and arent allowing the juice to go through to get to the centre coils :(

I have never had this issue with novas!

I wonder if its coz I rewire my own heads ?
