I must admit since posting this I have no issues at all with the mini head or the 3.5. Seems odd, but I'm pretty happy with them atm.

Possibly you had a dogy batch of heads?

save your old heads mate .. Im ordering some more wick and wire .. Ill rewire em for ya.

Cheers dude, but I think they are long gone. I threw them in frustration when I went back to the C5's.
