Nice one, is that oogoo you used for the battery holder?

It's a plastic battery holder I got from maplins a while back. It was originally a huge one, I cut it to size and used electrical tape to pack the sides out so the battery doesn't move.

It has to be leant against things when not in use though as it's a daft shape.

I'mhappy he's vaping now, I'd happily spend hours fiddling about for someone that appreciates it.. He's really impressed with it

Nice and creative, have a google of oogoo it sets rubbery so you can't use it for everything, but it's cheap and effective stuff.

The Mrs bought me a metal Clippers lighter off of eBay about a year ago and it came in that tin. That's probably your best bet. Twas less than I fiver I think.
