Advice please guys

Hiya guys, im after some advice about purchasing a few sets of e-cigs

I recently got my parents one to try and they love it, and since then ive had a lot of people asking if I can get them one etc...

Now since ive seen how much interest there has been I thought I could make myself a little bit of cash :-)
ive had a look around and have noticed I can get some kits for quite a cheap price compared to the real joyetech products etc..

Now what id like to know is what the quality is usually like when buying from these sort of places ( china, hong kong etc..) Has anybody had any experience ?

I know they arent going to be as good as the real mccoy but are they still a good product for the price you pay ?

I have seen some basic ego c kits for around £18, and some ego-t + CE4 kits for around the same

Any help or advice you can give me would be brilliant

Are you looking at advice as to where to purchase in bulk so that you can make a profit off of it (which would put you into wanting to become a vendor?)

Or you just want to be able to buy in bulk and resell to your friends and family who want them and make a few quid off of them?

Most of the stuff sold by vendors ain't Joyetech either, most works fine, no guarantee though, you pays your monies, and don't pass on the duff goods to unsuspecting victims if they are pants, or we unleash the flying apes Welcome to the forum!

A lot of the stuff comes from China so I'd start looking there

Hi, sorry for not making myself understood properly.

I have found a seller on dhgate and looked through their feedback etc.. which they have over 5000 sales with mostly good feedback

I was planning on buying a bulk from them but the last thing I want is to get them here and they fall apart

I am only planning on selling to local friends/family at the minute but if all goes well I would like to take it further

Yes I have had a look on quite a lot of websites and they seem to be selling the exact kit as what im looking at buying ( the ones from dhgate etc..)

I suppose its just a risk you take

Maybe some of the vendors here can pipe in with recommendations? I haven't had the need to try wholesalers, but I think some people use a site called alibaba as well, which could be worth checking out for bargains.

Yes merino, I have also looked on alibaba, more or less the same as dhgate I think.

There does seem to be some good sellers on there having had a good look through, but I can just imagine getting the kits home and half the stuff inside not working haha

With a lot of those whole salers, they will have a high MOQ, one might sell 10 kits to you first time, but expect you to meet their MOQ next time.


I am sure some of our vendors might point you in the right direction as we are a friendly bunch and they often times help each other out.

Also worth bearing in mind that if you have faulty units you have to stand the cost and return to sender, I looked at buying a few kits and purchased a few and sold them all be it for cost but it was difficult, at least when you buy from a UK vendor you have the knowledge of quick response from seller and easy return policy, I would suggest you speak to a UK vendor especially the ones on the POTV and see if you can work a deal for bulk order, you may minimise your profit potential but you will greatly reduce your exposure.
