Hi KulrMeStoopid, yes I did think of that earlier and so I emailed the company and asked them about their minimum orders etc... for which they said they dont have a minimum order, but if I order over 30 kits they will send by DHL free of charge, which is a 2-8 day delivery time, if not it will be delivered by hong kong post which can take upto 27 days I think they said

Thanks for your reply mark, this is the thing, is it worth buying from china and having the mess around of returns etc.. for faulty items

I would much prefer, as you say, to have a smaller profit margin, but to know that if I do have any faulty products, I wont be out of pocket and I will get much better customer service

Worth an e mail around the vendors as they are more than helpful here and if it does take off and you earn the reputation you can then look around and see if buying direct is right for you, at the moment are you a 100% sure of your customer base and retention level if not test the water then move forward

matt1386 I would read up on as much info as possible especially if your new to vaping so you can answer questions people are likely to ask you. Having good knowledge on different mods, tank and atty systems is an absolute must and personal experience of using different personal vaporisers would also be beneficial. I've ran my own business in the past and it's not as easy as some folk think and I wish you all the best in your venture should you go down this route

Hi Ado, thanks very much for your advice and comments they are much appreciated.

The main reason i am seriously trying to get things moving is since getting my father an ego kit and seeing him go from 60 cigs a day down to nothing apart from the ego was great.

He now seems much happier in himself and a lot more healthier :-)
