What's new

Advice with a complaint, I mis-sold him juice that ruined his device apparently, perspective?

In my job, if a customer came back annoyed with something they’d bought, I’d hear them out. That said, if they don’t have the product with them, can’t remember what it’s called, and bought it elsewhere…. I’d be politely telling them to jog on :grin2:

In my job, if I had to deal with the whining, entitled idiot members of the general public I’d go get a new job. I’ve no idea how people manage it.

All i will say is the Vape industry has way to many shit cistomers its unbelievable. Why do so many folks keep trying it on, it beggers belief. In the past ebay was one of the worst places to sell. Had a couple of buyers try it on. They soon changed their minds once i mentioned i put a security tag somewhere inside the mod so i know if someones trying to buy with the intention of palming me off with the same device but their dud one. Another was a brand new sealed in box. I know the buyer took it on holiday he returned it and it stank of burning luckily ebay sided with me but still refunded the buyer themselves.

now this thread, a juice has ruined the whole device?. mate thats lies straight off. It may have ruined a coil at the very worst a tank if the owner can't be arsed to clean it. But the mod or power source no that would be fine the juice has no effect. The buyer is trying to get a new set up for free, for me i would just refund the juice cost as thats what you sold him you didn't set his kit up etc so its not your fault. I would just refund and ban him. You don't want those sort of customers. Liars are terrible at covering their tracks. Ruined his device answers the trusted buyer question for me.
