Aerovape Excellent Customer service !!!

Just posting to say a Big Thanks to all the Team at Aerovape !!! I ordered some juice on Tuesday and when it hadn't arrived on Thursday ( I know I'm so impatient ) I checked my orders on the website, It was still showing as processing, so I dropped them a pm on here !!! I got a response really quickly and asked what my order number was, I then got a pm to say that it had been shipped, I received my Juice today !!! That's the sort of Customer service I've come to expect from the Vendors I use regularly and the reason I would recommend Aerovape to anyone wanting Good Juice at a Good price with Superb service !!!

Ditto. I did the same thing, made an order and then got impatient and asked when it would be sent out. Got a quick response and swift delivery. Spot on.

That's pretty shit, I made an order Tuesday too and because I haven't emailed them I haven't got mine yet. I didn't realise I had to ask them to send it out!

Lol. The poor bugger is on his own and the sale went better than he expected so he is busier than a one legged man in an arse kicking contest. He will be pulling his hair out that his orders are behind. Doesn't bother me. It's extra steeping time.

Yeah that came out bad, I got an email yesterday evening saying my order was ready to be posted. I'm not impatient I didn't even think about it until I read this thread.

I know you where only joking. I spoke him a few days in and he was working every day into the early hours. Proper busy which is good news. Not unexpected though. His juice is always great. Even of I've had one that's not to my taste I can still admire the blend. Between Aerovape, cotswold, dripworx pf vapes and manabush we're pretty spoilt for good juice on here. After having a splurge on US juice in the pre Christmas sales and not rating one of them I realized these guy's make The best juice for me, full stop. I know I can literally put my finger on the screen on any of our juice boys site's and pick a great juice.

What I cannot understand is if Aerovape is TPD compliant and is mixed in a clean room, how does he manage to sell his juices so cheap ?

It's not TPD compliant, 30ml bottles. I think this is why we are getting such a big discount at the moment.

and I suspect he has little or no overheads ...... and isn't greedy.

I've no idea if he is tpd ready or going to change direction by April. All I know is he's been a supplier of great juice for a good while now and I hope he can keep going one way or another after April. We've lost too many already.
