I ordered about £50 worth of eliquid from them and Royal Mail failed to acknowledge receipt to send on so I heard nothing. Contacted customer support they said no problem we’ll send a duplicate order out express delivery and here’s the tracking number. Oh and by the way if the other shipment comes you can keep it foc! Needless to say they both arrived today so I’m swimming in vaping supplies. Many thanks to Dinner Lady for doing a stand-up job!
