Just to give this thread a little nudge, how are peeps who have this finding it? I was hoping to do a few tweaks on my 2 this weekend, but DIY has taken over (again). Nuff to say, I'm still very impressed, especially at this price point. More to follow.

Will be interested in seeing what you are upto with this one. I may be eyeing one up to go with a resin wasp [emoji6] [emoji6]

I've been looking at these myself, but seeing the comments here I am wondering if it will work okay out of the box, or if it needs tweaking in some way. Perhaps I should just go for a VT inbox instead?

They're ok out of the box, in fact my blue one is faultless so far. I just fancied something unregulated, that isn't going to break the bank, or involve X1's or fastest fingers. I'm still loving my Inbox(s) though. I was after the Ram, but it's getting mixed reviews, and the Pulse in still waiting to be shipped, so these will keep me amused for a while longer, especially as I've found a build that works for me

no pics mate (don't own a so called smart phone and I don't have my camera atm ) using a Dremel thingy ... having trouble with the copper strip I made , it fits perfectly and I was very happy with the nipple I shaped for the contact but I am getting a fair bit of arcing and its firing very weak

Bugger! What build do you have in, and how thick is the copper? Have you rounded it where the contact touched the 510? I'm no expert I'm afraid, I'll be making it up as I go along.

only a 0.5 ohm SS build in the attie , I used the original strip that connects to the 510 (enlarged the hole to fit over the new MM 510) the copper strip to the fire button is 0.9 mm thick (maybe go with 0.7 next time ) ?

I've got 0.7mm copper, and I might replace the lot. The plating on the original appears to be coming off or corroding.
