What's new

Almost two-thirds of NHS staff ready to walk once the pandemic has passed

Extra money makes it sound like a bonus.
They are underpaid for what they have to do.
Also understaffed and overworked.
Our lives depend on these people.
It's only fair they are rewarded accordingly
For me a clap does not do that.

Don't forget that it depends on the health authority you live in.
Stevenage is crap.
Bedford is middleing.
But I also attend St Thomas, and Guys in London, and they are great.
