Amaretto recipe

Anyone have any suggestions for an amaretto recipe?Ive mixed a few capella amaretto mixs yesterday but they are all pretty rough.I wouldnt imagine this flavour would need alot of steeping but could so easily be wrong.anyone made anything with this flavour where it was the prominent flavour or success mixing it on its own.Cant find too much about it.

Give them a week or so in the cupboard then try them again, a simple mix yet complex flavour like this will need a bit more time to mature.

How did the Capella Amaretto turn out after a steep? I have a bottle of concentrate to use and just wondered if the taste improved.

Yes it improved quite well.Added a couple of drops of e/m to the mix and left it until tonight.Mrs likes it,Im not a fan but have been asked to make a batch so cant be bad

Ahh good. What % did you go for? Most places are saying 15%.

The final one is 17%.Could go a % or 2 more.15% was too weak.
