Yup, Grimmgreen made some valid points making me reconsider my disposable hatred. Thoughts? Maybe we're getting it slightly wrong... maybe it's the lack of recycling and waste they generate we should be focussing on. He scorched Bogan along the way, always a laugh.

I can't argue with him regarding getting smokers off fags trumps recycling so yeah much more focus should be on the recycling of disposables. There is also the issue with under age non-smokers taking up vaping disposables but that's down to retailers breaking the law.

And also a lot of the packaging styling i think.

this is a bogus argument. there must be vanishingly few, if any, reasons any smoker would be able to use only disposables.

Did you watch the fuckin video or you just scabpicking again?

aye, i watched it from the point where you linked it from. i disagree with him, just stating my opinion.

but i don’t really get the anti smoking crusader thing. people smoke. if they want to stop, they can try and stop. there are many ways. if they can’t be arsed filling a wee device up they can’t be too bothered imo. i am not bothered about people who don’t really want to stop smoking being provided with ever easier ways to do it so they might try.

the thing about if you drive a car, you can’t complain about people throwing batteries in the bin is also bullshit. they call it “whataboutery”.

I wouldn't know and I'm not a fan of them but surely if switching to a disposable got someone off smoking that's better than them continuing to smoke.

from the perspective of the individual person aye, it probably is.
