Yeh, I found that part really jarring as well. My old man's an electrician and he won't even carry his phone and his keys in the same pocket,and the risk of a short with the standard to which modern smart phones are engineered is pretty slim.

I'd expect anyone that's moved on to mods with user changeable batteries to understand and know this kind of shit is a bad idea, but for someone in this fellas line of work it's especially inexcusable.
