as i mentioned, get some sour... sound like a contradiction but it gives that zesty tangy fizzy hit to make ruits more like sweets.. combined with some stevia or sweetner . 2% sour and 2 % sweetner with remaining 18% on the fruits ( yes its alot but most fruits are quite weak in flavour.)
only exception is cherry and pineapple.. no more than 5% cherry and 2-3% pineapple.
strawberry, apple, pear, lime, lemon raspberry, orange between 5-10%
dark forest fruits like red berries, blackcurrant, blackberry. 1-2% less at around 3-8%
and as a final though. give this receipe a try.. it might surprise you!
10% Pear
6% Bavarian Cream
4% Coconut
1%EM ( or other sweetner ) ( and for extra surprise replace EM or sweetner with marshmallow!!!!!! yummmmmm)
i make it as 60/40 PG/VG
What about lemon juice?? Tried a couple of drops in a mix with sweetener the other day and worked quite well.
