Anyone know a centre pin fix for iclear mvp v.2. Pin sits too low !

Hi folks. As per the thread title. Got this iclear mvp v.2 this morning. Quite nice & all that but the firing contact pin in the 510 hole is too much of a reach for some of my ego thread tanks (Bad Iclear ! ) Just wondering if anyone here has fixed this before. I noticed the iclear tank has a longer thread stem than my kanga's.
I have a couple of fix ideas but figure it's always good ask around before diving in. Cheers.

On the MVP and Itaste v3 the pin on the battery is stationary. I never could fix mine. But on your iClear you can put a small screw driver in the center hole and lightly pull it out just above the collar so it can make contact with your battery battery. Be very careful not to pull it out to far, because it will begin to leak.

Good idea. I had the same problem. I used the long nosed pliers, just pull centre pin out a touch. If it comes out just push it pack in.

Hey Pez; does yours leak a little? I noticed that mine did. Its no big deal but it is aggravating to say the least.

I sometimes have to pull the metal pin of my PT2 tank out a mm or so for it to fire on the MVP2. Rather do that than risk snapping the firing pin.

My mvp positive pin occasionally needs lifting up a little too - I just use a small flat head screwdriver and gently tweak it up alternating from opposite sides of the pin.
