The email confirming order was shipped 14th March definitely states ‘next day delivery’ by courier (APC). In defence of Royal Mail, a different item ordered from Vaping 101, also last Thurs, arrived Sat.

Why don’t you just give them a call tomorrow mate? They are honestly really nice guys, I’m sure they will be bending over backwards to get the issue sorted for you! They can’t help if they don’t know though [emoji16]

Yes I will and have just sent email. Just went on their site and my registration details not recognised despite email confirming them, so I suspect a computer gremlin is the cause.
I really appreciate all your reassurance about the company and will let them know it.

Not a good day today, nearly knocked off bike this morning - by police van deciding to reverse wrong way down one way street, then this evening threatened with stabbing, arson etc by delightful offspring of neighbour, following request not to destroy another neighbours dust bin! Sigh!

They responded to my email first thing this morning - apparently courier tried to deliver last Friday (when I was in all day waiting in anticipation) and never left a card, so I suspect courier could be a bit dodgy, but have re-arranged delivery for tomorrow so fingers crossed.

Lots of emails back and forth, can’t fault them for responding and assured me that APC would leave a card, if no one in, telling me where I can pick goods up as won’t attempt delivery more than twice.
And have they? Have they fuck!
Address checked, I was in when they say they came last week - someone’s telling porkies or can’t read maps.
Won’t be using this lot again or anyone else using this courier firm. Feel like saying don’t bother and ask for refund.

I ordered from them once, and it all went fine. Delivery was by royal mail, I’m sure.
