Are you a constant vaper?

I don't vape all the time-sometimes I stop to have a sleep 
if I'm just sitting around I pretty much chain vape but if I'm busy I can quite happily get on and just vape when I've finished.

Ohhhh yeees.....my e-cig is almost part of me now, I am on the loo having a wee and it's still in my hand lol! sorry felt I had to share that!
When I first started vaping I decided that I would keep the ecig in the kitchen and go and have a vape, like I did with ciggys (without having to goto the garden in the bloody winter!) that lasted about two days and now I vape constantly!

I vape all the time.
I cut my nic down to 6 to 8 mg/ml and chain vape.
I'm much happier doing this than higher nic less often. I also find it easier these days to do a task and then vape rather than having vape breaks.
If I know I'm going somewhere I can't vape I use higher levels of nic before it , going to a football game for example.
The same if I know I'll be going to a pub or restaurant where I can't vape and have to go outside. Definitely need to go out less often using higher nic.
If I'd ever kept emergency cigs I'd have smoked them.
The most important thing to keep in mind is that it's not the ones you smoke but the ones you avoid that are the important ones.
