Aspire Tigon Tank leaking

@Haffy Did you check all the seals on the Tigon mate ? as said I have one and found it to be a great tank - never a problem ?

yes changed all I could see, and had spares in the packet.Just feels strange after refilling the juice is falling out, as if the top cap is left off, ie no vacuum in the tank.

MTL or DL type of draw?

It needs to be a loose MTL, Also 22mm diameter. If it helps. Cheers

Hi @Haffy I can only presume you have a faulty tank it may be worth contacting Aspire ... they may even replace it mate.

I was in your boat recently mate. Didn't get on with the Tigon AT ALL. Ditched it for the Zenith Pro, which you need to import due to its large tank size, but I'm very happy with it. It's designed for both MTL and RDL pretty much exactly like the Tigon, but doesn't seem to have any of the problems I had with the Tigon.

Couple of things though:

I used both in RDL mode exclusively, so YMMV.
It's a 5.5 ml tank and therefore a big boy. Might not suit you if you're looking for something small. It'll certainly look odd on a smaller mod!

Thanks for looking, it looks nice it's a bit big for the stick type mod I have, 25mm. I might have fixed the problem, I was refilling with a 60ml bottle and it looks like the refill seal became deformed. Reshaped and refilled with 100% PG liquid. And all seams OK.
Also found some Innokin I O drip tip adapter, to allow me refill without deforming the seal. However I'm still on the hunt for a nice RTA. As I'm fed up with the price of replaceable coils.

Hi WASD , looks like I deformed the refill seal, refitted it, filled with 100%PG seams OK. Using 60ml bottle stuffed in the seal, found Innokin IO drip tip adapter it changes the big nib to a 2.5mm nib. Only early days so far but given me some time to find a nice replacement RTA.
