balance wire

hi people i want to parallel charge 3x 18650 batterys iv got the 3x battery holder with 2 wires coming out of it red and black

but how do you wire the balance wire up got 1 red wire and 3 black wires

do you just solder the blacks to the negatives and the red to the positive then plug it in

is it really that easy

The balance lead goes from most positive (red) to most negative (black furthest from the red) the other two wires go to the connections between the cells in order.
