Battery Advice

I have an aegis geekvape solo, it's my second one and it's fab but I have a problem if it gets dropped or knocked over the positive terminal pops in and the battery is dead I have had to buy 4 new batteries any advice please

Is it possible to not do the battery cap up so tight? For the positive terminal of the battery to get that bent it must have had a fair amount of pressure put on it.

You are also quite lucky that they just stop working rather than going nuclear.

I don't have a caliper to measure mine. but iirc someone on here had problems with a molicell being too long. Maybe try a Samsung or Sony cell

Thank you I tried that but it keeps switching off, this time my cat knocked it over on the table so not even like it was a big drop
 
So which mod dented your battery..?
Is it the aegis max.. Same screw in battery cap?
 
Use a Samsung 30T or 40T instead. The Molicel positive terminal extends just a touch further than the others. The Samsungs are flatter and will fit better.
