longest ive waited for a full first charge on 3000mah was 3 hours. yours i guess will take longer.
what charge rate you using 0.5, 1 or 2 amps

I've had 7 hours recharging Sammy 40Ts on my 500mah charger - when one set are fully charged its time to start charging their replacements.

Depends on the charger. If you're talking about your P42A's then they are 4200mAh to full charge. Probably 50% longer than your 18650's. what 18650's do you have and how long did they take to charge?

Usually about 3 hours lol

I've no idea, I don't alter charging rate. Using the Nitecore thing lol

The best way is to have spare pairs of 18650 & 21700 yes it's costly, but I buy a pair of 18650 one week & the next 21700 that way I've always got some ready to go.
