Hi
I've purchased a new Ego T Battery 1100 mah and had it on charge overnight, alas I'm not getting any puffs at all, yet when I attach a clearomiser to my old Ego - Sapphire 650 mah it puffs away. The reason I bought a new one was due to me having to recharge every few hours. Any suggestions, could I have bought a dud one do you thnk? Just checking before I go back to the company I bought it from.

Thanks

Try raising the centre pin on your battery just a little bit. Sounds like ot could be a missed connection?

thanks but I'm not sure how to do that - doh ! new beginner an' all. It looks like the centre part in battery for the Ego T is fixed :)

sorry if this is a very stupid question but does the button on the battery light up when u press it

Yes it should, if it`s not lighting up when you press it have you turned it on by clicking rapidly 5 times (usually), sorry to ask if you have but not everyone may know it :) .

Hey gordy180 - far from stupid. That is a brilliant question, and never occurred to me. Top thinking! :2thumbsup:

EDIT: Apologies, if my reply seems a bit random - I thought you were asking the OP, rather than asking a question. If its the latter, Roadhoguk has answered it. :D

Morning Petronica. OK - so you know that the battery is turned on (because the light lights up), so for some reason the power isn't getting from the switch part to whatever you're attaching to the atty connector. You know that your clearomiser is working on your old battery. It could be that the centre pin on your clearomiser has been pushed up a little bit to far and it is failing to make a connection, so that might be worth checking?

If you have followed the steps (for both the battery and the clearomiser) shown in the video posted above by Danfoshizzle, it might be time to contact the supplier and let them know that you can't get it to work.

Let us know how you get on.
