If you've done it already then don't worry but starting out from complete scratch might be a huge leap for some people.
There are companies out there that have taken most of the leg work out of the equation and put together what is called bottle shots.
They're essentially a large bottle containing an amount of concentrate that also comes with the required amount of nic shots and the rest of the base ingredients.
All you need to do is add the base vg and nic shots to the bottle of concentrate and shake it up and let it blend together for a week or two.
Have a look at these as they're pretty good and a lot cheaper than ready made but not quite full on mixing from scratch.
