Inawera black current is the stuff you want. It is the most ribenery tasting concentrate out there, strong stuff though. I used to use about 3-4% flavour and it was superb.

Inaweras blackcurrant is the biz!
I like it @ 5% with 5% stevia to give the sweetness required.
You could use caps super sweet @ 2% but to my taste buds the stevia works out better?
Regarding vimto try the above with added strawberry and raspberry.
I like caps sweet strawberry @ 5% and Inaweras raspberry @2%
This will get you pretty close to vimto IMHO ?
