the flavouring will be diluted in PG so that is basically 50/50, is that how it is listed on the label?

all good, I have the tank setup with 50/50 and have loosened the coil to see if that causes a leak overnight, it doesn't feel like it's enough to cause a leak though, I mean it was only a third of a turn. Another thing is also to let me know if you have a similar issue with the new device, if you do I'm missing something and maybe it would be good to do a skype video call to run through things and see if we can get to the bottom of it, it might be easier seeing things.

So no problems overnight with it loosened, so that's not the cause, all performing fine now, I think it's got to be something with filling it, but without seeing you fill the device, I don't know, so if you have problems with the new unit I suggest we do a video call to get to the bottom of it.
