Be like me and keep away from Politics and Politicians, they all shit lies to be elected then do naff all once they are. The only reason I vote is so it doesn't go to the conservatives not because of their policys. None of the political parties are any good to the common man and quite frankly never have been. They take money off the poor so the rich can keep their luxury style of living. The enforcement of social distancing and other methods should of been more stringent and the idiots who break it locked away showing others it's not acceptable to do it. I was still mulling over pdg's post about comments that the virus only effects the poor

The context was that the post(s) in question implied that the governmental response was an exercise in social engineering designed to target the elderly and disabled as an extension of austerity measures, which seemed (to me at least) to have basis in the opinion that the virus itself was intentionally released after being designed to target the "lower classes".

It’s not surprising that people think the government will take action to protect their interests and those of the ruling class.

But it’s a bit of a stretch for you to go from that to “the virus was released on purpose”, no?

Although given that we are talking about a hypothetical post it’s not very clear.
