Decided to start blending my own stuff for everyday use.
Worked in labs so good with measuring & calculating volumes.
Are there any laws governing storage of nicotine, amounts, strengths?
Also it will be mint & menthol ones, any tips or peculiaritys with these.

I'll leave the fancy blends for the pros & have something for the weekend.
Cheers
John

Hi Bigjohnl POTV have a good mixing calculator, I personally use ejuice Me Up calculator because it's what i started with so all my recipes are on it (free download, freely available). As far as storing nicotine liquid goes, I always store mine in brown glass storage bottles with childproof caps in a dark cool place, or if storing long term same as before but in the freezer. 'Amounts and strengths' is down to personal taste and the concentrate you are using, I don't go in for menthol myself but I've mixed Flavourart Uber Menthol for friends at 5% and they love it but other concentrates are a lot weaker, also a lot of people prefer to mix their own menthol concentrate from menthol crystals diluted in Propylene Glycol.

My only advice on mints, based on my own experience, is to give spearmint a wide berth!
Oh, and buttermint is devine

Thanks Dog & Flea,

I've seen the mixing guide but going to do a spreadsheet one to keep the pg/vg in balance. Took a little to persuade the other half to allow higher strength nicotine in the house so not sure about having white crystals in my mixing cupboard :D
Quite like a good flavor so will start about the 5% & see how it goes.

Quite like a spearmint I have flea but will give the buttermint a try as well. Nothing like a change every so often.

My ADV is a mix I call "Minto"
to make 10ml:
2.5ml 7.2% nic
1ml PG
4ml VG
1ml capella Peppermint
.5ml Vanilla Custard
.5ml French vanilla
.3 Bavarian cream
.5 EM
I think this works out at 18 mg strength. Sometimes I put 2 or 3 menthol crystals in too.
